Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Contact us within 30 days of purchase for a return authorization. All authorized returns will be assessed a 18% restocking charge.
If a Product fails to operate during the applicable warranty period, if any, you must promptly notify us describing in detail how the Product failed or fails to operate in conformance with the OEM specifications and we shall, at our sole option, repair or replace the Product without charge to you or refund the purchase price to you upon return of the non-conforming Product. Returned Products that have been replaced by us will become our property. Replacement Products are warranted as above for the remainder of the original OEM Product warranty period. In the event you have a complaint about the Services during the warranty period, you should promptly notify us. We, at our option, shall re-perform the Services.
